Bosjökloster Golf Club is situated beautifully between Lake Östra and Lake Västra Ringsjön in the heart of Skåne. The 18 holes form an open parkland course, designed by the renowned golf course architect Douglas Brasier. The course, which opened in 1974, is adorned with tall trees and demands precise shots.

The Course

Bosjökloster Golf Club’s 18-hole course is an open parkland layout. The first nine holes were inaugurated in August 1974, with the remaining holes completed by August 1975 while architect Douglas Brasier was coaching at the club.

In addition to the mature trees initially present, the club has planted more in recent years, adding an extra layer of precision required from players. The course is known for its well-maintained fairways, offering more challenges from tee to green than initially meets the eye. However, it’s the greens that garner the most attention at Bosjökloster. They are of high quality, fast, and often feature subtle undulations, guarded by numerous bunkers.

Training Area & Facilities

Adjacent to the driving range, the golf club features a large training area with three putting greens. Near the clubhouse, there’s a putting green with a plateau and significant undulation, allowing players to practice challenges akin to those on the actual course. Next to this green is a U-shaped green around a bunker, offering various exciting practice shots—both from the bunker and beyond the green—allowing practice of up to 90-meter approach shots. Naturally, there’s also a standard putting green.

The driving range stretches 250 meters with 15 teeing areas, two of which are covered. Additionally, the club boasts a short-hole course with five holes for approach shot practice.

Bosjökloster Golf Club features a cozy golf inn, a pro shop, and spaces for caravans, offering WiFi, electricity, and access to showers and toilets.
